Zusammenfassung

Es wird über eine Technik der experimentellen homologen Mitralklappetitransplantation berichtet. Bei 6 von 9 Verpflanzungen sind die funktionellen Ergebnisse vergleichbar und ergeben 3mal sehr gute Resultate, 3mal eine hämodynamisch unbedeutende Mitralinsuffizienz. Die Methode gestattet die Korrektur des implantierten Klappenapparates am geschlossenen, schlagenden Herzen.

Summary

The authors describe their technique of homologous mitral valve transplants. In six of nine experiments comparable results were obtained; in three they ere considered good while in the other three there was haemodynamically insignificant mitral insufficiency. The method allows for correction of the implanted valve in the closed, beating heart.

Résumé

II s'agit d'une communication concernant une technique à propos des homotransplantations dc la valvulve mitrale.

Les résultats sont comparables pour 6 ä 9 transplantations. Dans trois cas nous avons obtcnu un très bon résultat; dans trois autres une insuffisance hémodynamique mitrale inexpliquée. La méthode pennet la correction des appareils valvulaires implantes sur des coeurs fermés et pulsatils.
