Pseudomyopathic spinal muscular atrophy, type Kugelberg-Welander (heredofamilial juvenile
muscular atrophy simulating muscular dystrophy), was diagnosed in a 16-year-old patient.
The special feature of the case was the additional occurrence of malformation of the
right hand.
