Zusammenfassung

Die postnekrotische Narbenleber kommt viel öfter in Kombination mit chronischer Hepatitis und Leberzirrhose als selbständig vor. Zwischen dem laparoskopischen und histologischen Befund der Narbenleber fand sich in der Mehrzahl der Fälle eine ausgeprägte Diskrepanz. Es wird empfohlen, zwischen der aggressiven, persistierenden und nekrotisierenden chronischen Hepatitis zu unterscheiden. Jede dieser Formen der chronischen Hepatitis hat ihren typischen klinischen Verlauf, makroskopischen und mikroskopischen Befund und auch eine ganz unterschiedliche Prognose.

Summary

Post-necrotic scarred liver occurs more often in combination with chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis of the liver than independently. In the majority of cases there is a marked discrepancy between laparoscopic and histological findings of the scarred liver. It is recommended that a distinction be made between three forms of chronic hepatitis: »aggressive«, »persisting« and »necrotizing«. Each of these forms has its typical clinical course, macroscopic an microscopic changes and also a quite different prognosis.

El hígado cicatrizal postnecrótico se presenta mucho más frecuentemente en combinación con la hepatitis crónica y cirrosis hepática que independientemente. En la mayoría de los casos se encontró una marcada discrepancia entre el hallazgo laparoscópico e histológico del hígado cicatrizal. Se recomienda diferenciar entre hepatitis crónica necrotizante, persistente y agresiva. Cada una de estas formas de la hepatitis crónica tiene su evolución clínica típica, un hallazgo macroscópico y microscópico y un pronóstico completamente diferente.
