Zusammenfassung
Die Operation eines Colonkarzinoms bei einem Patienten mit schwerer Hämophilie A konnte unter dem Schutz von antihämophilen Kryopräzipitaten erfolgreich durchgeführt werden. Die Substitutionstherapie wurde über drei Wochen nach der Operation aufrechterhalten; während dieser Zeit wurde der Faktor-VIII-Spiegel von 50% bei der Operation wochenweise um etwa 10% gesenkt. Am 21. Tag wurde die Substitutionstherapie abgesetzt. Insgesamt substituierten wir 135 E antihämophile Kryopräzipitate. Die Operationswunden verheilten primär. Die einfache Herstellung, die relativ hohe Anreicherung von Faktor VIII sowie die relativ niedrigen Herstellungskosten sind besondere Vorteile der antihämophilen Kryopräzipitate.
Summary
Resection of part of the colon for adenocarcinoma in a 38-year-old patient with severe haemophilia A was successfully performed under cover of antihaemophilic cryoprecipitates. The cryoprecipitates were given for another three weeks postoperatively: during this time factor VIII levels, which had been 50% of normal during the operation, fell by about 10%. Substitution treatment was stopped on the 21st postoperative day (after a total of 135 units antihaemophilic cryoprecipitate had been administered). The incisional wound healed by primary intention. Simplicity of manufacture, relatively high concentration of factor VIII and relatively low production costs are particular advantages of antihaemophilic cryoprecipitate as a source of factor VIII.

Resección del colon en hemofilia A grave bajo la protección de Kryoprecipitados antihemofílicos
La operación de un carcinoma de colon en un paciente con hemofilia A grave pudo llevarse a cabo, con exito, bajo la protección de Kryoprecipitados antihemofílicos. La terapéutica de sustitución fue mantenida durante tres semanas después de la operación. Durante este tiempo, el nivel del »factor VIII«, de un 50% al hacerse la operatión, fue bajado, durante semanas, a un 10%. A los 21 dias, la terapéutica de sustitución se quitó. Sustituimos en total 135 E de Kryoprecipitados antihemofilicos. Las heridas de la operación se curaron primariamente. La fabricación sencilla, el enriquecimiento relativamente alto del »factor VIII« así como los gastos de producción relativamente bajos, son ventajas especiales de los Kryoprecipitados.
