Thrombolyse durch Streptokinase

Zusammenfassung

Intravasal entstandene menschliche Thromben, die bioptisch und von der Leiche gewonnen wurden, standen in 31 Ansätzen unter gebräuchlichen Streptokinasedosen 29 Kontrollthromben in physiologischer NaCl-Lösung gegenüber und wurden mehrere Tage bei 37° C beobachtet. Die einsetzende Thrombolyse wurde fotografisch registriert, die Thromben aus verschiedenen Versuchsstadien histologisch untersucht. Die Wirksamkeit der Streptokinase als thrombolytisches Agens konnte nachgewiesen werden. Es werden makroskopische und mikroskopische Bilder der streptokinaseinduzierten Endothrombolyse gezeigt. Zur Komplexität des Begriffes Thrombolyse wird Stellung genommen.

Summary

Intravascular thrombi which have been obtained by biopsy or at necropsy (19 cases: 31 thrombi) were exposed to the usual clinical doses of streptokinase and results compared with those obtained in 29 control thrombi suspended in physiological saline at 37° C for several days. Thrombolysis was registered photographically and the thrombi examined histologically at various stages throughout the experiment. Streptokinase was proven to have a significant thrombolytic action in vitro. Macroscopic and microscopic evidence of streptokinaseinduced endothrombolysis is reproduced.

La trombolisis por estreptoquinasa

Una serie de 31 trombos, formados intravascularmente en el hombre y obtenidos por biopsia o a partir del cadáver, fueron sometidos a las dosis corrientes de estreptoquinasa y comparados con otros 29 trombos de control, suspendidos en solución salina fisiológica. La observación se prolongó durante varios días a 37° C. La trombolisis fué registrada fotográficamente, y los trombos estudiados histológicamente en diferentes momentos. Pudo demostrarse así la eficacia de la estreptoquinasa como agente trombolítico. Se presentan imágenes macro y microscópicas de la endotrombolisis inducida por la estreptoquinasa, y se discute la complejidad del concepto de trombólisis.
