Die Wahl des richtigen Implantates bei der Versorgung der medialen Schenkelhalsfraktur Pauwels Typ III bei jüngeren Menschen wird kontrovers diskutiert. Ziel der Studie war es, winkelstabile und nicht winkelstabile Osteosynthesen bei dieser Fraktur, die mit einer höheren Rate an Pseudarthrose bzw. Femurkopfnekrose einhergehen, zu untersuchen.
