Rolle und Wert der Aortographie und Angiokardiographie bei der Erkennung der Aortenisthmusstenose(Coarctatio aortae)

Zusammenfassung

Von 40 Fällen wurden 6 Fälle von Aortenisthmusstenose ausgewählt und auf Grund derselben die Rolle und der Wert der Brustaortographie, welche bei Erwachsenen, sowie die Rolle und der Wert der Angiokardiographie, welche bei Kindern durchgefuhrt wurde, dargestellt. Alle Fälle wurden operiert und dabei die gestellte Diagnose bestätigt.

Summary

Six cases of aortic isthmus stenosis were selected from amongst forty such patients in order to describe the use and value of angiography; in adults thoracic aortography and in children angiocardiography were employed. All patients were operated on and the diagnosis confirmed.

6 cas sur 40 de sténose de l'isthme de l'aorte ont été choisis afin d'illustrer le rôle et la valeur de l'aortographie thoracique chez l'adulte et ceux de l'angiocardiographie chez l'enfant. Tous les cas furent opérés, le diagnostic ainsi posé, fut confirmé.

Resumen

Se escogieron 6 casos entre 40 de estenosis del istmo aórtico, y, a base de ellos, se exponen el objeto y la utilidad de la aortografía torácica en adultos, y de la angiocardiografía en niños. En todos los casos hubo operación, y se confirmó en ella el diagnóstico formulado.
