Zusammenfassung
Drei histologisch gesicherte Beobachtungen der idiopathischen retroperitonealen Fibrose
werden beschrieben.
Von den Untersuchungsmethoden werden neben den wichtigen konventionellen Aufnahmen
insbesondere die Cavographie und die Lymphographie herausgestellt. Die radiologische
Symptomatik des für eine retroperitoneale Fibrose charakteristischen Lympho- und Cavogrammes
wird gesondert beschrieben.
Summary
Three cases of idiopathic retroperitoneal fibrosis, confirmed histologically, are
described.
In addition to the important conventional means of examination, the place of cavography
and lymphography is discussed. The radiological findings on lymphography and cavography,
which are characteristic in cases of retroperitoneal fibrosis, are stressed.

Description de trois observations de fibrose idiopathique rétropéritonéale avec vérification
histologique. Parmi les méthodes d'examen la cavographie et la lymphographie prennent
une place de choix à côté des radiographies conventionnelles. La fibrose rétropéritonéale
détermine des symptômes radiologiques caractéristiques, qui sont exposés en détails
grâce à la lymphographie et à la cavographie.

Se describen tres observaciones histológicas ciertas, de la fibrosis idiopática retroperitoneal.
Entre los métodos de reconocimiento, además de las importantes imágenes convencionales,
destacan especialmente, la cavografía y la linfografía. Se describe, por separado,
la sintomática radiológica del linfograma y cavograma, característica para una fibrosis
retroperitoneal.
