Zur Technik der Pankreatocholangiographie (PCG)

Zusammenfassung

Als Ergänzung zu der von japanischen Autoren 1969 eingeführten und von deutschen Endoskopikern verfeinerten Methode der Pankreatocholangiographie wird die Technik mit einer Duodenalsonde beschrieben. Dadurch kann das Duodenum verstrebt und die Papillengegend zur Ausbreitung gebracht werden. So gestaltet sich die Papillensondierung wesentlich einfacher.

An Stelle von Morphinderivaten wird Novalgin verabreicht. Buscopan wird lokal zur Erschlaffung der Papille gegeben. Auf weitere bisher wenig bekannte Einzelheiton wird in diesem Zusammenhang eingegangen.

Summary

This study may be considered to be a supplement to the reports of Japanese authors in 1969, and to the refined endoscopic methods of pancreatocholangiography of German physicians. The technique described here includes the implementation of a duodenoscope with an attached duodenal catheter. The duodenum is thereby visualized, and the area of the papilla of Vater is so braced by the duodenoscope that duodenal peristalsis is remarkably inhibited. In this way, the catheterization of the papilla is made substantially easier.

Novalgin is administered instead of morphin derivatives. Buscopan is locally applied to relax the papilla. In connection with this, lesser known details are discussed.
