Zusammenfassung

Es, wird über die päroperative Diagnose einer extralobären Sequestration durch Aortographie berichtet. Dabei wird ein kurzer Überblick über das klinische, pathologisch-anatomische und röntgendiagnostische Bild der broncho-pulmonalen Sequestration und seiner intra- und extrapulmonalen Manifestation gegeben.

Summary

The pre-operative diagnosis of an extra-lobar sequestration by aortography is described. The authors provide a brief review concerning the clinical, patho-anatomical and radiological features of broncho-pulmonary sequestration and of its intra- and extra-pulmonary manifestations.
