Zeichen der Renalen Osteopathie auf der Thorax-Übersichtsaufnahme

Zusammenfassung

Bei 103 Patienten mit histologisch gesicherter Renaler Osteopathie lassen sich in 36% aller Fälle und in 48% der schweren Formen auf der Thorax-Übersichtsaufnahme ausgeprägte radiologische Symptome nachweisen, in einem weiteren Drittel diskrete Hinweise. An der Klavikula sind die verwaschene Spongiosazeichnung sowie die Kompaktaunschärfe, an den BWK die unscharfe Begrenzung der Grund- und Deckplatten die häufigsten Symptome.

Summary

In 103 patients with histologically proved renal osteodystrophy the radiographs of the thorax (120 kV) were reviewed. In 36% of all cases and in 48% of the patients with severe osteodystrophy there are at least 3 symptoms easily to be seen. In another third of the patients there are slight changes distinguishable. A milky appearance of the spongiosa and soft borderlines of the corticalis of the clavicle are more reliable and frequent signs than cysts. A subperiostal resorption of the bone is in the more severe cases to be seen. So symptoms of renal osteodystrophy are on radiographs of the thorax more frequently distinguishable than we had expected.
