Zusammenfassung

Zusammengefaßt ist festzustellen, daß die Hysterosalpingographie im Rahmen der Sterilitätsdiagnostik im Laufe des letzten Jahrzehnts bedeutende Fortschritte gemacht hat. Sie ist in der Hand des Geübten, bei richtiger Auswahl der Fälle und strenger Indikationsstellung für ihre Vornahme eine zwar nicht völlig harmlose, aber doch weitgehend ungefährliche Methode, die heute nicht mehr zu entbehren und wegzudenken ist.

The author wants to state the fact that hysterosalpingography performed in diagnosis of sterility has been greatly improved during the last decade. He emphasizes the necessity of sufficient experience, the importance of correct selection of cases and strong indication.

Under these conditions the method, although not absolutely harmless, proves to be neither dangerous nor hazardous and nowadays can't possibly be missed.

En Résumé on peut constater que l'hystérosalpingographie dans le cadre du diagnostic de la stérilité a fait des progrés considérables au cours des demiéres annécs. Employée par un spécialiste. elle est pour des cas bien choisis et avec une stricte détermination des indications, une méthode, non pas entirèrment inoffensive mais pour une grande part sans danger, et dont aujourd'hui on ne saurait plus se passer.

Resumiendo podemos comprobar que la histerosalpingografia en el terreno diagnóstico de la esterilidad ha becho importantes progresos durante el último decenio. La histerosalpingografia, elegiendo acertadamente los casos y con severa y precisa indicación, es en manos del experto no ya un método casi totalmente inocuo sino inofensivo en muy considerable extensión y del cual hoy ya ni se puede prescindir ni abandonar.
