Intraartikuläre Injektion von autologem Thrombozytenkonzentrat bei der OCD

Die Arthroskopie stellt heute in der Veterinärmedizin zur minimalinvasiven Intervention ein unverzichtbares Werkzeug in Diagnostik und Therapie dar [3] . Sie ermöglicht die exzellente Visualisierung von Gelenkstrukturen und das Erkennen von pathologischen Veränderungen ohne operative Eröffnung des Gelenks. Die Verbesserung des Heilungsprozesses nach therapeutischer Arthroskopie stellt nach wie vor eine Herausforderung dar. Der dargestellte klinische Erfahrungsbericht beschäftigt sich mit der postoperativen intraartikulären Injektion von autologem Thrombozytenkonzentrat („Autologous Conditioned Plasma“, ACP) zur Verbesserung der Rekonvaleszenz bei Osteochondrosis dissecans (OCD) im Schultergelenk nach arthroskopischer Operation.
