Die konventionelle Behandlung stress- oder angstassoziierter Störungen bei Hund und Katze stützt sich auf die Verhaltenstherapie sowie den Einsatz verschiedener Arzneimittel. Studien zeigen, dass Alpha-Casozepin, ein aus der Milch gewonnenes bioaktives Peptid, ebenfalls über anxiolytische Eigenschaften verfügt, die denen von Diazepam vergleichbar sind. Eingebunden in eine Nährstoffkombination aus Nicotinamid und L-Tryptophan vermag Alpha-Casozepin einen Beitrag zum emotionalen Gleichgewicht von Hund und Katze zu leisten.
