Zusammenfassung
Spätestens seit der letzten Fassung der Leitlinien zum Prostatakarzinom der European
Association of Urology von 2009 ist die Wächterlymphknotendiagnostik auch in der Urologie
eine anerkannte Methode zum Lymphknotenstaging. Die Arbeit beschreibt die Methode
und die Ergebnisse der Augsburger Arbeitsgruppe und präsentiert Daten zum rezidivfreien
Überleben nach SLNE.
Abstract
Since the latest revision of the guidelines on prostate cancer of the European Society
of Urology sentinel lymph node biopsy is an acknowledged means of lymph node staging.
We present our data on results in respect of sensitivity and false negative rate as
well as on PSA free survival after SLNB.
