Das Phänomen Blickdiagnose[*]

Zusammenfassung

Dermatologische Diagnostik beginnt mit der Blickdiagnose und wird unter Beiziehung weiterer Verfahren ergänzt und gefestigt. Blickdiagnostik erfolgt als Bilderkennung und basiert auf der Personenerkennung. Anhand von Strichzeichnungen kann dies nachvollzogen werden. Sie schließt die unmittelbare Erfassung von Gefühlen mit ein und vermittelt Empathie. Blickdiagnostik betrifft stehende Bilder und wird durch einen zeitlichen Rahmen (0,1 – 3,0 s) und räumlich durch das zentrale Sehfeld (z. B. Umfang eines Gesichtes) eingeschränkt. Die neurophysiologische Basis wurde durch die Entdeckung des Systems der Spiegelneuronen 1995 ganz neu definiert. Die Blickdiagnose bleibt eine wertvolle Qualität dermatologischer Diagnostik und sollte gepflegt werden.

Abstract

Diagnosis in Dermatology starts with the visual diagnosis. It has to be completed by additional procedures to come to its final validity. Visual diagnosis is a special form of the recognition of steady pictures and it is based on the recognition of faces and persons. It includes the recognition of emotions and mediates empathy. It is diagnosis at first sight with a short and limited time interval of 0,1 – 3,0 s and a restricted area to focus at once (e. g. human head, face, profile etc.). Cartoons can document this. The neurophysiologic basis has been completely new established by the discovery of the complex system of mirror neurons since 1995.

Visual diagnosis at first sight is still a valuable quality of our diagnosis in dermatology and has to be cultivated furthermore.
