Die Infiltrationstherapie an der Wirbelsäule ist seit Jahren unabdingbarer Bestandteil zahlreicher konservativer Therapieschemata. Voraussetzung für eine effektive Injektionstherapie ist das sichere Beherrschen der Injektionstechnik, deren Indikationen und möglicher Komplikationen. Der folgende Beitrag bietet eine Übersicht über die praktische Anwendung der Injektionstherapie an der Wirbelsäule. Die theoretischen Grundlagen sind im voranstehenden Beitrag (s. S. 287 – 298) dargestellt.
