ABSTRACT
Compartment syndrome is an orthopaedic emergency that can be challenging to diagnose
and manage when associated with a tibial plateau fracture. This technique article
discusses one- and two-incision fasciotomy surgical techniques, and the surgical decision
making and technique modifications when there is an associated tibial plateau fracture.
