Zusammenfassung

Berichtet wird über einen 42-jährigen Patienten, bei dem nach Verzehr geringster Mengen von Shiitake-Pilzen additiv zu den bekannten Symptomen der Shiitake-Dermatitis eine Eosinophilie beobachtet wurde. Unter einer systemischen Steroidtherapie mit Prednisolon klangen die Hautveränderungen rasch ab.

Abstract

We report on a 42-year-old man developing known symptoms of shiitake dermatitis with additional involvement of eosinophilia after eating minimal quantity of shiitake mushrooms. Systemic steroid therapy lead to a complete disappearance of the symptoms.
