Introduction
Frequently, there is huge uncertainty to interpret the pathogenesis of paediatric injuries, both for paediatric offices and doctors working in paediatric hospitals. This leads to cases in which the non-accidental genesis of injuries is not recognised, and more and often serious injuries are frequently to follow.
