Conclusion

Prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of intracranial tumors is feasible and reliable. It enables tumor management before symptoms and complications of an intracranial tumor can burden development. Although preoperative embolization of intracranial tumors in neonates is technically challenging, our case demonstrates the technical feasibility and clinical benefits of this procedure. Complete tumor resection is the aim of therapy and surgical strategy should be carefully planned.
