Die Thrombosehäufigkeit in der Schwangerschaft und im Wochenbett hat sich in den letzten
2 Jahrzehnten verdoppelt. Das zunehmend höhere Alter der Schwangeren und die höhere
Sectiorate sind Gründe hierfür. Welche Besonderheiten bei Prophylaxe, Diagnostik und
Therapie der Thromboembolie bei schwangeren Patientinnen zu beachten sind, wird im
Folgenden erörtert.
The frequency of thrombosis in pregnancy and the postpartal period has doubled in
the last two decades. The increasingly older age of pregnant women and the higher
incidence of Cesaerean sections are among the reasons for this. The particular aspects
that need to be observed in the prophylaxis, diagnostics and therapy for thromboembolic
events in pregnant women are discussed in the present article.
