Endometritiden stellen eine der häufigsten postpartalen Erkrankungen bei Milchkühen dar. Sowohl zur Erkennung als auch zur Behandlung der Erkrankung stehen in der tierärztlichen Praxis verschiedene Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Dieser Artikel fasst den aktuellen Stand der Diskussion über Diagnostik und Therapie chronischer, klinischer sowie subklinischer Endometritiden zusammen.
