Overprojection in revision rhinoplasty can be the result of underaddressed anatomic
variations, iatrogenic causes including overresection of the nasal dorsum, or the
healing process. Management of nasal tip overprojection in revision rhinoplasty can
be very difficult, and the revision rhinoplasty surgeon must have a multitude of techniques
available to treat the various causes of nasal tip overprojection. An algorithm is
presented to properly approach and treat nasal tip overprojection.
