Fazit

Das Ergebnis dieser prospektiven Studie ist eindeutig und die Autoren empfehlen daher, dass die künftige Standardbehandlung eines mit RFA behandelbaren hepatozellulären Karzinoms aus der Kombinationsbehandlung von TACE-RFA bestehen sollte.
