Ich danke Herrn Kollegen Riederer für sein Interesse an meiner Leserantwort. In meiner früheren Übersicht zum Thema „Erhöhte Pankreasenzyme ohne erkennbare Pankreaserkrankungen“ [6] hatte ich zwar erwähnt, dass analog zur Makroamylasämie auch eine Makrolipasämie beschrieben worden ist und dabei auf seine Arbeit hingewiesen. Da diese Variante der Norm jedoch offenbar extrem selten ist, sei eine Suche danach nicht notwendig.
