Mit der zunehmenden Lebenserwartung der Menschen durch die Therapie-Erfolge der kardiovaskulären Medizin steigt der Anteil älterer und damit auch multimorbider (und übrigens auch immer häufiger weiblicher) Menschen mit Herz-Kreislauferkrankungen an. Diesem wichtigen Thema widmete sich die 39. Jahrestagung der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Prävention und Rehabilitation von Herz- Kreislauferkrankungen am 15. und 16. Juni 2012 in Berlin.
