Körperliche Bewegung gilt als wirkungsvolle Methode, um die Symptome von Menschen mit einer Depression zu lindern. Aber wirkt sich Bewegung auch auf andere Gesundheitsfaktoren, wie die Lebensqualität oder das Wohlbefinden, aus? Unser Artikel gibt eine Übersicht über die Wirksamkeit von Sport- und Bewegungsprogrammen für Menschen, die an einer Depression erkrankt sind.
