Kernaussagen

Naturheilverfahren und komplementäre Methoden können zusätzlich zur konventionellen evidenzbasierten Medizin zur Symptomlinderung und Prävention von Erkrankungen eingesetzt werden. Bei milden Beschwerden und leichten Erkrankungen können sogar ausschließlich komplementäre Verfahren eingesetzt und damit therapeutische Erfolge erzielt werden. In der Gynäkologie eignen sich Verfahren der Komplementären Medizin insbesondere zur Linderung von Symptomen während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit, bei Dysmenorrhö sowie bei prämenstruellen und klimakterischen Beschwerden.
