Die plastisch-rekonstruktive Lidchirurgie bietet eine Vielzahl an Operationsmethoden in einem anatomisch begrenzten Gebiet. Eine Auswahl der häufigsten Indikationen und der gängigsten Methoden werden in diesem Artikel vorgestellt. Ziel aller Lidrekonstruktionen ist eine möglichst vollwertige Wiederherstellung der normalen Lidfunktion bei einem ästhetisch optimalen Ergebnis für den Patienten [28]. Dabei muss besondere Rücksicht auf die einzelnen feinen Strukturen in dieser Region genommen werden, sodass die Integrität und Funktion der Lider postoperativ gewährleistet ist.
