Pathogenetische Begründung der Anwendung von Zytostatika zur komplexen Therapie des Akantholytischen Pemphigus

Zusammenfassung

Nach einem kurzen Überblick zur Ätiologie, Pathogenese, zu klinischen und pathomorphologischen Kriterien der Diagnostik und Prinzipien der Behandlung des Akantholytischen Pemphigus werden klinische Fälle von Pemphigus vulgaris beschrieben und deren komplexe Therapie mit subkutaner Injektion von Methotrexat dargestellt.

Abstract

Following a brief review on the etiology, pathogenesis, clinical and pathomorphological criteria of diagnostics and principles of treatment of Acantholytic Pemphigus, clinical cases of Pemphigus vulgaris and their complex treatment using subcutaneous injections of methotrexate are described.
