Multifokale maligne Transformation β-Catenin-aktivierter hepatozellulärer Adenome nach Missbrauch anaboler Steroide

Fazit

Hepatozelluläre Adenome sind seltene primäre Lebertumoren mit überwiegend gutartigem Verlauf. Die histologische Diagnosesicherung und Subtypisierung ist erforderlich, um β-Catenin-mutierte HCA sicher zu diagnostizieren. Aufgrund des erhöhten Risikos einer malignen Transformation sollten diese größenunabhängig reseziert werden. Im Falle einer malignen Transformation ist die Tumornachsorge entsprechend der gegebenen Risikokonstellation zu planen.
