Karzinome des gastroösophagealen Übergangs und Magenkarzinome weisen im nicht mehr kurativ operablen Stadium eine schlechte Prognose auf. Eine Phase-III-Studie untersuchte, ob Ramucirumab als Zweitlinientherapie – zusätzlich zu Paclitaxel verabreicht – den Verlauf verbessert.
