BEWEGUNGSANALYSE: Die Angebote von Laufanalysen in Sportgeschäften, Therapie- oder Diagnostikzentren sind sehr vielfältig – für Laufanfänger und auch für Profis. Dieser Beitrag stellt aus sportbiomechanischer Sicht dar, welche Möglichkeiten es gibt, wie man am besten vorgeht und welche Parameter wirklich sinnvoll sind.
