Aneurysms Encased in Meningiomas: A Case Report and Review of the Literature

Abstract
The coexistence of aneurysms and meningiomas is rare, and encasement of an aneurysm within a meningioma even more so. We report a case of an optic nerve sheath meningioma encasing an aneurysm of the internal carotid artery and present a brief review of the literature.
