Zusammenfassung
Die Ergotherapie im Bereich der Rheumatologie hat die Aufgabe, Patienten mit unterschiedlichen
Einschränkungen und/oder Schmerzen am Bewegungsapparat Unterstützung in der Form zu
geben, dass sie ihren Alltagsanforderungen möglichst adäquat nachgehen können, nötigenfalls
mit entsprechender Versorgung durch Hilfsmittel. Ebenso hat sie die Aufgabe, die Patienten
über Anatomie und Funktion ihrer Gelenke zu informieren und in die Regelndes Gelenkschutzes
zu unterweisen.
Summary
The aim of occupational therapy in rheumatology is to support patients with various
mobility restrictions and/or pain by helping them perform everyday tasks in the most
appropriate way possible, if necessary by providing suitable appliances. Another aim
is to educate patients on the anatomy und function of their joints and to instruct
them how to protect their joints.
