Die Inzidenz einer symptomatischen Herzinsuffizienz beträgt bei Patientinnen unter adjuvanter Trastuzumab-Therapie 2%. Ein Großteil dieser Patientinnen zeigt unter entsprechender Therapie eine Rückbildung. Dies ergab eine neue retrospektive Auswertung durch ein unabhängiges Prüfergremium.
