Zusammenfassung
Der größte Teil der Behandlung von Krebs-Patienten findet ambulant statt. Aus diesem
Grunde wird auch die psychoonkologische Behandlung im ambulanten Setting immer wichtiger.
Für die psychoonkologische Behandlung durch niedergelassene psychoonkologisch tätige
Psychotherapeuten bedarf es besonderer Anforderungen. Diese Anforderungen werden von
vielen psychoonkologisch tätigen Psychotherapeuten im niedergelassenen Setting bereits
sehr umfänglich geleistet, obwohl eine adäquate Finanzierung noch nicht gewährleistet
ist. Daher braucht es dringend eine Berücksichtigung der Spezifika der ambulanten
psychoonkologischen Behandlung und eine Einbindung der Psychoonkologie in die Gebührenstruktur.
Summary
The major part of cancer treatments is done ambulatory. For this reason the psychooncologic
treatment in an ambulant setting is becoming more and more important. Psychooncology
in the outpatient setting requires different organisation of the practice. Those special
requirements are already met by many psychooncologic therapists in an ambulant setting,
but needs more adequate financing. This is why we need to consider the specifics of
ambulant psychooncologic treatment an the integration of psychoondology into the structure
of rate an charges.
