Alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma (aRMS) is highly malignant soft tissue neoplasms in adults, also very rare of head and neck region. We report the case of a 36-year-old female who presented with progressive obstruction of the right nasal cavity during six months. She noticed painless swelling in the area of right side of the nose pyramid. CT scan revealed a mass on the right inferior nasal turbinate which obturate anterior part of the right nasal cavity. Patient underwent endoscopic surgical removal of the tumorous mass, and histopathological examination reveled alveolar-type rhabdomyosarcoma, so chemotherapy and radiation went after. Follow-up mean CT scan of the nose and paranasal sinuses, bone scan and chest X-ray. We finded neither local recurrence nor distant metastasis.
