Tonsillectomy with LAUP or UPPP are famous being traumatic procedures with significantpost op complaints and possible complications, especially post op hemorrhage. Microscopic operation technique under operation microscope, using CO2 Laser/Scanner allows for better visualisation of operation field, yielding lesser complications. Gentle and precise dissection and less bleeding with less then 5 ml blood loss in typical setting. Duration of operation is not prolonged since a big part of intraoperative hemostasis will be omitted. The teaching video shows ideal documentation and teaching properties of this unique operation technique.
