Abstract

Zusammenfassung

Es wird eine einfache Methode zur quantitativen Bestimmung des Faktors VIII beschrieben, die ohne Verwendung von Mangelplasma durchführbar ist. Als Substrat dient Faktor-V- und Faktor-VIII-freies EDTA-Plasma, dem als Faktor-V-Quelle Thrombozytenextrakt zugesetzt wurde.
