A Method for Measuring Antithrombin^[*]

Summary

A method is described for measuring antithrombin II and III for routine clinical use. The conditions of the test are well defined and the test measures a comparatively higher percentage of the total AT capacity of the plasma than methods hitherto available and gives results in AT units.
