Störung des Sozialverhaltens mit fehlenden prosozialen Emotionen
Sind vorliegende Behandlungsprogramme weniger wirksam?
Kinder und Jugendliche mit gestörtem Sozialverhalten und zusätzlich mangelnden prosozialen Emotionen, sog. CU-Eigenschaften, haben meist bezüglich ihrer Störung einen schweren Verlauf und eine ungünstige Prognose. Diese Patientengruppe ist jedoch nicht unbehandelbar, wie zahlreiche Untersuchungen in dieser Patientengruppe mit verschiedenen, bereits bestehenden Interventionen zeigen. Liegt im Kindesalter der Fokus noch mehr auf der Verbesserung der Eltern-Kind-Beziehung und bei Elterntrainingsprogrammen, so zeigen bei älteren Kindern und Jugendlichen multisystemische Therapieformen und Gruppentrainingsprogramme, die an einer Förderung emotionaler Kompetenzen und Problemlösestrategien ansetzen, Wirksamkeit. Zusätzlich ist wichtig, die Motivation für die Therapie zu fördern und die ganze Familie in die Behandlung einzuschließen sowie die einzelnen Versorgungssysteme zu vernetzen.
