Differenzialdiagnostik der frühen Polyarthritis

Die Prognose entzündlicher Polyarthritiden hat sich in den letzten Jahren deutlich gebessert. Zu verdanken ist dies u. a. einer optimierten Frühdiagnostik. Die richtige Diagnose zu stellen, ist jedoch hinsichtlich der Vielzahl der entzündlichen Gelenkerkrankungen eine Herausforderung. Neben einer ausführlichen Anamnese ist es bei der Differenzialdiagnostik der frühen Polyarthritis hilfreich, sich das klinische Erscheinungsbild und die Begleitsymptome genauer zu betrachten.
