Zusammenfassung
Die Radiosynoviorthese in der Hand erfahrener nuklearmedizinischer Therapeuten ist
eine sichere und effektive Methode zur lokalen Behandlung nicht bakteriell entzündeter,
synovitischer Gelenke [6]. Dank konsequenter Umsetzung der Sicherheitsstandards ist die Zahl der Komplikationen
sehr gering [8]. Neben Beachtung der strahlenschutzrechtlichen Vorgaben ist die konsequente Beachtung
der Hygiene erforderlich, um potentielle schwere Nebenwirkungen der Radiosynoviorthese
zu vermeiden. Der aktuelle Stand der erforderlichen Hygienemaßnahmen mit praktischen
Hinweisen zur Durchführung wird im Artikel beschrieben.
Abstract
Radiosynovectomy performed by an experienced nuclear medicine physician is a safe
and efficacious procedure for the treatment of non-bacterial inflammatory joint diseases
[6]. By consequent compliance with safety standards the number of adverse events is
low [8]. Besides observance of radiation protection regulations also observance of regulations
for hygiene is mandatory to avoid serious adverse reactions. The current standard
of the hygienic procedures and practical advices for radiosynovectomy will be explained
in this article.
