Zusammenfassung

MIT STABILEM SPRUNGGELENK ZURÜCK ZUM VOLLEYBALL-LEISTUNGSSPORT Für Leistungssportler im Volleyball ist es enorm wichtig, die geforderten funktionellen Fähigkeiten ihres Sprunggelenks zu trainieren. Risikoreiche Manöver wie Blocksprünge und Landungen am Netz verlangen eine hohe Bewegungskontrolle in Supinationsrichtung. Wie man eine Reha vom „Return to ADLs“ bis zu „Return to Play“ aufbaut und welche Übungen sich für Volleyballer eignen, beschreibt der Autor im Praxisfall.
