  • Wirbelsäulenverletzungen müssen weder sofort noch eindeutig erkennbar sein

  • Die korrekte technische Rettung verhindert sekundäre Schäden

  • Die Therapieoptionen am Unfallort konzentrieren sich im wesentlichen auf kreislaufsichernde Maßnahmen

  • Mit Komplikationen durch Myelonverletzungen muss jederzeit gerechnet werden

  • Die Anfahrt eines Traumazentrums mit Wirbelsäulenchirurgie muss gewährleistet werden.
