Dysphagia lusoria is the compression of the esophagus caused by congenital vascular anomalies. Dysphagia usually develops in childhood, but also later in life when aberrant vessels show atherosclerotic changes. Here we would like to present a case of a 64-year-old patient who suffers from the increasing globus sensation and swallowing disorder.
