Das Endometriumkarzinom ist die häufigste gynäkologische Krebserkrankung in den USA, mit schätzungsweise 54 000 neuen Fällen im Jahr 2015. J. C. Hong et al. haben nun untersucht, wie sich eine Lymphknotendissektion, adjuvante Radiotherapie und Chemotherapie in unterschiedlichen Kombinationen auf das Überleben von Patientinnen mit einem „Uterine Papillary Serous Carcinoma“ (UPSC) oder „Uterine Clear Cell Carcinoma“ (UCC) im Stadium I auswirken.
