Zusammenfassung

Auswirkungen auf das Langzeit-Outcome (Teil 2) Atemphysiotherapie kann sich positiv auf kritisch kranke und invasiv beatmete Patienten auswirken. Diverse Studien, die sich mit diesem Thema befassen, haben wir Ihnen im ersten Teil des Beitrags vorgestellt. Im zweiten Teil stellen wir Ihnen nun die Defizite der Studien vor und gehen der Frage nach, ob Atemphysiotherapie auch mit Blick auf das Langzeit-Outcome von Intensivpatienten eine Rolle spielt.
